Our onboarding scheme consists of internal tours, excursions and lectures on our products to make you feel at home in the world of Kaesler. We consider regular feedback meetings with the HR department and your manager to be a matter of course. 

Make the most out of your work-life balance with flexible working hours at Kaesler. Depending on the area of responsibility, our employees work flexibly between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.

We further support the work-life balance by offering our employees individual working time models, job sharing and mobile working. 

Our employees are entitled to 26 days holiday p.a. in accordance with the tariff agreement, rising incrementally to 30 days after 5 years with the company, with an annual holiday bonus payment on top for tariff employees to enjoy their time off even more.  

We offer our employees state-of-the-art office equipment with spacious desks. Technical staff is equipped with high quality working clothes and PSA as required in the corresponding field of responsibility.

Only minutes away from the motorway, our production site in Cuxhaven is easy to access, but also just a stone’s throw away from the beach, while our research laboratory is located in the centre of the touristic attraction “Fischereihafen” in Bremerhaven.  

Our administration is located in a historic building in the centre of Nordholz on the North Sea coast. Wherever you are, you are never far from the coast.
